Job Description
You will manage/ Organize and coordinate 3M Japan CBG End to End to support customer requirements. Enhance and streamline communication among Japan CBG functions; Customer/ Sales/MKTG/ Planning function/ Logistics/Warehousing, Sourcing and Procurement Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Improves business results by providing data interpretation, analysis and design of supply chain processes. You will participate in and contribute to 3M Sales & Operation Planning, Production Planning/Scheduling and Business review meetings. You will also work closely with Division, Planning, Customer service and Logistic team to ensure customer requirement are meet. You will build credibility and trust with 3M internal and external customers by providing value-added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness. You will participate in customer meetings and proactively identify areas for improvement. You will apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day-to-day operations/problem solving Key performance indicators include On Time in Full order fulfillment, Inventory and Non-Working Inventory Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain/ Planning in the area of trading and/or manufacturing Track-record of hands-on, proactive problem-solving of Inventory management issues Strong analytical capability with good interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player with ability to work well with other cross-functional team members Demonstrate maturity, initiative, self-motivation and ability to multi-task Bilingual in both Japanese and English are preferred.
