Purchasing Specialist

Specific duty and responsibilities   調達 ・納期管理 業務 （ 社内外サプライヤー＜国内・海外＞からの 原料、資材、完成品等の 発注業務 、 納期 管理 ） - Manage all internal and external goods purchasin g , delivery schedule   /Communicate with other departments (Sales, Customer service, production, planning, logistics and QC) to ensure requirements are flown down to suppliers.   / Process b idding before purchasing by following purchasing policy .   /Manage non inventory items and requisitioned items such as office equipment and supplies, capital items and service contracts.   / Check requisition process ed and approved by authorized approvers per procurement policy before purchasing in QAD.   / Choos e correct charge account for goods and services in QAD.   / Work with APAC Product Stewardship team and implement PS review result on PO in prior to ordering .   /Issue PO to suppliers in a timely manner based on requisition from planning, QC, operation, logistics , and requisition entered per customer sales orders.   / Confirm POs are processed correctly at Suppliers .   / Monitor order status and f ollow up suppliers for on-time delivery in the purpose of customer satisfaction .   / P rocess and coordinate orders with knowledge of Incoterms and Export Compli a nce .     サプライヤー の セットアップ – Supplier setup   /New vendor setup and update - Collecting appropriate information , documents from vendor for vendor set up in internal system (QAD/ ePro ).     請求書処理 - Process supplier invoices   / Collect supplier invoices and compile invoice data for AP finance .   /R equest authorized approvers for approval by following procurement policy in prior to payment request to AP finance .   /Report accrual for freight, disposal and temp staff service cost.     ロジスティックスのサポート（フォワーダーとの調整を含む） - Logistics support (including coordination with freight forwarders)   / Instruct freight forwarders ship ment requirement per spec/customers' requiremen t.   /Support logistics team to handle shipment smoothly and appropriately .     Required Knowledge   / Effort to understand customer demands and requirements in Aerospace industries .   / Must have knowledge of IT system to manage PO and Inventory.    / High level English skill for complicated communication with other ASCs, quality, manufacturing, operation etc.   / Import and Export knowledge on documentation, incoterms, customs declaration etc.    / Good understanding of EH&S, Quality Procedures of purchasing.    /Intermediate level skill of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint .   / Self - motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills .       Position requirements   #1. Bachelor' degree (graduate 4 years university)   #2.
