Here's how a Senior Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager for PCL Construction, Inc. within Civil West contributes to our team: Responsibilities

Lead the development of conceptual, design development, GMP, and lump sum estimates for complex infrastructure projects. Direct preconstruction services, including constructability reviews, value engineering, risk assessment, procurement planning, and project logistics. Develop and execute pursuit strategies, including RFQ/RFP responses, interviews, presentations, and client engagement activities. Lead owner-facing meetings, design reviews, and preconstruction workshops throughout project development. Manage multidisciplinary estimating and preconstruction teams, establishing priorities, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring successful delivery. Collaborate with owners, engineers, operations teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project outcomes. Manage project risks, contingencies, procurement strategies, and schedule impacts throughout the preconstruction process. Oversee multiple pursuits simultaneously while maintaining estimate quality, accuracy, and schedule commitments
