Learn more at www.allianceautomotivegroup.eu We are looking for an efficient Payroll Assistant to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time for approximately 6,000 employees across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a payroll environment, and will have the necessary qualities to perform the role; trustworthy, honest, confidential, communicative, helpful, responsive. You will work with a team of payroll assistants to ensure documents are organized and payroll-related items are handled appropriately. You will be required to provide information and answer employee/ manager questions about all payroll-related matters. Experience of processing Republic of Ireland payroll would be advantageous although full training will be given.

Administer all aspects of payroll for employees Prepare weekly, monthly reports Review and abide by company policies and procedures Make sure all payroll transactions are checked fully for accuracy Identify and resolve payroll errors Accomplish required tasks promptly Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Payroll Assistant or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to remain level-headed with difficult queries or tight deadlines Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good time management and organizational skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Not the right fit?
