Legend Biotech is seeking Senior Organizational Development Manager as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
The Senior Organizational Development Manager, US is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focus on assessing the organization’s structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead organization design efforts aligned to strategic priorities, including:
• Operating model design.
• Role clarity, decision rights, and spans & layers.
• Workforce planning and capability alignment.
• Design and lead change management strategies for enterprise or function‑level transformations.
• Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or equivalents).
