What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: · Performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc, general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. · Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation on large, complex projects. · Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. · Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. What you’ll have · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Communication Arts, or a related discipline. · Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. · Previous internship, administrative support, project coordination, or customer service experience would be an advantage. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Good organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team. · Good communication skills in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
