Address clients concern by verifying recent charges and account activity, collecting key information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions. Address service related requests and concerns with accuracy and professionalism across all inbound and outbound client interactions. Determine and apply the appropriate verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance. Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on all available resources, working with limited supervision to resolve calls efficiently.
