This role is responsible for conducting audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews to ensure operational accuracy, product quality, and adherence to established procedures. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy identifying opportunities for process improvement, this could be a great opportunity for you!   Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $24.00/hr Shift Differential: .75 Schedule: Monday- Friday  1PM - 9PM   Responsibilities Follow established procedures to perform routine business support and audit-related tasks under general supervision. Conduct audits and quality checks for new hires, training activities, store orders, chase operations, and stocking functions. Complete audit reports to communicate findings, identify issues, and document areas of concern. Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Prepare and share audit reports with distribution center leadership to support operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance efforts. Build effective working relationships with team members to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and prevent service delays.

Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to identify and address operational concerns. Experience with auditing, quality assurance, warehouse operations, or related functions preferred.

Frequently lift 20 to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping. Constant walking, standing, lifting, pulling, and stair climbing.

Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
