Job Family : Investigator Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do: Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the operational team. Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of work. Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments, and help resolve issues or escalations as they arise. Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery, communication, and continuous improvement. Ensure team objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations are consistently met. Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members as needed. Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Experience working in a fast-paced operational or managed services environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution. Ability to work full time and support the needs of the team. What Would Be Nice To Have: Professional certificate (ACAMs, ICA). Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and performance reporting. Experience mentoring or developing team members in a shared services environment.
