As a Senior Director  on the Associate Experience product team you will embark on the mission to connect customers in the Capital One enterprise (i.e., our employees, or Associates) with simple to use, digitally enriched experiences that are designed to enhance the associate experience. We strive to create the same unparalleled experience for our Associates, the employees of Capital One.    This role is the Product Lead for Support Innovation at Capital One, your mission is to leverage AI and emerging technologies to revolutionize the IT support experience for our 100,000+ workforce. Leading a team of product managers and design partners, you will set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our Support Innovation domain. Sitting at a historic inflection point for AI transformation, you will drive modern tech solutions across every corner of the enterprise. We are seeking a leader who combines a passion for technology with deep empathy for internal customer needs. You will partner closely with senior engineering, design, and other cross-functional leaders to translate complex technology into intuitive, delightful experience for our Associates.
