Senior Executive Communications Manager, AWS Professional Services

Imagine being the strategic force behind how AWS Professional Services (ProServe) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) connect with the world. As a Sr Executive Communications Manager, you'll shape the external narrative that positions our organization as the leader in enterprise AI transformation and innovation — and orchestrate how that story comes to life. You'll work at the intersection of strategic communications, market positioning, and cross-functional coordination, identify the stories worth telling, package them into compelling narratives, and work with partner teams to amplify ProServe and FDE's leadership in AI-enhanced delivery, specialized solutions, and deep technical expertise. Key job responsibilities Shape Executive External Presence - Prepare executives for high-visibility engagements including keynotes, fireside chats, panels, press interviews, and industry events - Develop comprehensive briefing packages and coordinate rehearsals that set leaders up for success - Develop speaker-ready content, session abstracts, and engagement materials that translate complex AI transformation and forward-deployed engineering work into compelling external narratives Drive Strategic Engagement Programs - Define strategy and measurement requirements for ProServe and FDE's external engagement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure coherent positioning. - Identify and capture delivery outcomes, customer transformation stories, and technical proof points - Build relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, from C-level executives to subject matter experts Continuously Improve & Innovate - Capture feedback from customer and partner interactions to develop continuous improvement cycles - Identify new approaches for amplifying delivery outcomes and technical differentiation, including leveraging agentic and generative AI tools - Respond to an agile, constantly evolving global environment with rapid-turnaround content for time-sensitive opportunities Communicate & Influence - Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders - Drive consensus and garner support through exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills - Balance tradeoffs while effectively communicating stakeholder recommendations Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer engagements and team collaboration About the team ABOUT AWS:   Diverse Experiences Amazon values diverse experiences.
