BUILD OUR FUTURE TOGETHER: The Associate Director, US Lung HCP Oncology Marketing is responsible for contributing to and executing on the healthcare professional strategy for the NSCLC indications. This includes customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy as well as operational support and execution of digital and print media tactics, including support and development of selected field-based materials. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams to advance the product’s growth, contribute to the brand's financial success, and strengthen its position in market. WHEN & WHERE: In the Sleepy Hollow, NY office for 4 days a week with 25% travel for business meetings, conferences, etc. DISCOVER YOUR ROLE (these are the responsibilities) Development and execution of NSCLC customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy Lead for development of the NSCLC non-personal promotion strategy, tactical plans and outputs, data triggers, and budgets Responsible for creating downstream field-based materials and selected original field-based pieces as identified and needed Vendor Management including digital and/or non-personal communications (e-blasts, Rep Triggered emails, CRM, banner ads, etc) Non-personal and field team integration planning, as well as point for field communications Responsible for collection and reconciliation of budget with HCP and Scientific marketing leads monthly Coordination with other indication teams for brand level personal/non-personal and customer engagement strategy, planning, and execution Marketing operations for the team including Veeva CRM platform management, print and digital inventory management, and meeting management Partner and collaborate with Sales Training to ensure adequate communication and training for the field team on key initiatives Work with agency for label updates/new launches for HCP promotional materials including website Optimization of the current metrics and measurement plan in conjunction with the analytics and customer insights team Review Committee (RC) captain: leading and driving the RC prioritization and meetings for the NSCLC team THIS ROLE REQUIRES: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry 8+ years of U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas Field experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration with strategy Strong project and process skills with attention to detail Must be proactive and able to prioritize and operate in fast paced environment Experience with media planning and creation, developing digital customer engagement and digital engagement plans preferred Good problem-solving ability with strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data Excellent ability to present, listen, and communicate clearly with both scientific and commercial stakeholders Does this sound like you?
