The Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager - Global Service is responsible for creating, improving and embedding processes across the global service organization that drive results and empower team members. Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting critical business processes, with a specific focus on service performance-related processes. This will require collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization to identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective. This position reports to the Director Service Transformation & Digitalization and is part of the Global Services Team. This role is onsite on our site in Vienna. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze current processes through workshops, gemba observations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven assessments to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Drive process optimization by benchmarking best practices and partnering with process owners to simplify, standardize, and improve process effectiveness. Support the design, documentation, and AI enablement of future-state processes using end-to-end process maps, work instructions, and digital solutions. Develop and deliver process training programs and materials to ensure teams have the knowledge and capabilities to successfully adopt new processes and tools. Lead process implementation and change management activities, ensuring sustainable adoption through project planning, readiness assessments, standard work, daily management, and corrective actions. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s Degree Required or similar MBA, graduate engineer or similar preferred Process analysis (including mapping) and improvement skills. Project management. A formal certification is preferred but not essential.
