At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), we're building some of the world's largest AI clusters and accelerating the delivery of next-generation infrastructure to market. Our AI Infrastructure organization is at the forefront of designing, deploying, and managing the advanced hardware platforms that power high-performance GPU, CPU, and storage clusters for OCI customers. Our hardware engineering organization is responsible for the physical infrastructure supporting these platforms, including servers, networking, storage, power, cooling, and rack-scale optimization. This encompasses component- and system-level validation, hardware reliability, lifecycle management, and establishing platform standards to ensure operational excellence and best-in-class availability. As Senior Director, Product Management – Hardware Engineering (AI Infrastructure), you will lead the hardware program organization responsible for the build, configuration, delivery, and integration of next-generation hardware platforms. You will collaborate with leading AI technology partners and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions at exceptional speed, scale, and reliability. The ideal candidate is an accomplished hardware systems leader with extensive experience in board design, systems integration, reliability engineering, and data center hardware operations. You will bring strong technical judgment, strategic vision, and the ability to lead geographically distributed teams through complex engineering challenges. Success in this role requires balancing technical priorities, organizational objectives, and execution timelines while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
