You will be responsible for the leadership of a team of represented employees fabricating and testing Batteries, RF Boxes and/or Chemical mixes for inter-planetary missions, satellites, spacecraft, missiles and ground support equipment. The scope includes cost, quality, and schedule performance for multiple lines of business within the RF and Antenna Center at LM Space’s Waterton campus. Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications Team leadership experience. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 3 or more years related experience in operations, manufacturing, quality, or engineering. Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills with a diverse workforce of exempt salary and touch labor. Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts, systems and methods. Will support at 9-80A first shift starting at 6a, many oversee multi shift operations. Desired Skills Continuous improvement experience or training. Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and engineering documentation. Proven ability to motivate change. Understanding of circuit board manufacturing and testing and associated tooling. Experience with product testing. Environmental testing is a plus. Experience navigating and overcoming hardware delays e.g., coordination with Customer, QA, engineering, manufacturing engineering, and PMP engineering. Cost management or CAM experience or training. SAP/VE-CAMS experience. Green Belt / Black Belt certified. Root cause analysis experience or training. Rate/volume manufacturing experience a plus. Union management a plus. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
