In this role , you'll leverage data analytics, KPI reporting, process improvement methodologies, SOP development, and auditing to identify opportunities , drive operational excellence , and improve business performance . Partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the organization , you'll transform data into actionable insights, standardize workflows , streamline processes , and help execute strategic initiatives that support field operations nationwide. Work Schedule This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a schedule, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This hybrid schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week in Burlington, NC (Wednesdays are mandatory) supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Up to 20% travel may be required based on project needs. Must be able to support all time zones as needed. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, or additional days, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Support the Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership Team (GSC-SLT) through the development and administration of team processes, tools, and procedures that improve organizational effectiveness and consistency.
