Manager, Technical Product Management

The Manager, Technology Product Management, is skilled and experienced to lead a product development team, often for a component of a product or experience. This role contributes to the product vision and translates it for the product development team. They are responsible for team backlog development and prioritization, maintaining the integrity of features or components, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other members of the team. They will also identify, revise, and socialize team metrics to achieve the defined objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with business objectives. This individual shares accountability with the Engineering counterpart for the delivery of outcomes by the team.

5+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer-facing products Preferred Certifications Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience   Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    Our people fuel our future.
