Director, Growth Operations – Onsite in Dallas, TX

The Director of Growth Operations leads the evaluation, planning, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of strategic and operational initiatives designed to improve performance, support growth, and advance organizational priorities. This position integrates market intelligence, healthcare utilization data, competitive insights, financial analysis, and operational assessments to identify opportunities and translate organizational strategy into actionable, measurable plans. The Director independently leads business case development, market assessments, financial modeling, and implementation planning for major strategic initiatives, including growth opportunities, capital investments, integrations, service-line initiatives, and market performance improvement efforts. Working closely with corporate, market, functional, and operational leaders, the Director provides structured leadership throughout the full initiative lifecycle, from opportunity identification and assessment through implementation, performance monitoring, and transition to a long-term business owner. The position also develops executive-level communications and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions. This role serves as a strategic advisor and implementation partner, frequently operating in complex or unstructured environments where established guidelines may not exist.
