Identify data and automation opportunities through process improvement activity by working closely with stakeholders and understanding their pain points  Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translate them into automation solutions that meet the needs of the business stakeholders  Design, develop, and deploy automation and data solutions using Power Platform Tools and other emerging technologies  Create automated workflows between applications using Power Automate  Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, focusing on user experience and performance  Adhere to and promote TJX internal documentation, standards, and best practices for automation deployments Ensure a knowledge transfer plan is in place to support end-users and validate the solution is sustainable Monitor and measure the results of implemented improvements, ensuring they deliver the desired impact  Stays up to date with the latest trends and developments in the fields of automation, recommending and implementing improvements when necessary  About You: Enrolled in post-secondary education program in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field or minimum two years related experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (specifically Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps, Power Query), Alteryx, or python Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS), connectors, gateways, and Azure  Solid understanding of Dataflows, Power Query, and DAX within Power BI  Knowledge of Agile and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology  Strong research and analytical skills, ability to identify problems, investigates issues, discrepancies and prepare responses for anticipated questions; understands the needs of the audience when presenting information   Excellent business analytics skills with ability to interpret and articulate complex data findings at a high level to appropriate business partners and assimilate / present data to stakeholders  Excellent problem-solving skills; identifies problems and risks systematically and/or methodically while recommending potential solutions   Demonstrated influencing and decision-making skills; understands how and when to apply alternative approaches and flex relationship styles  Demonstrated collaborative relationship building skills; fosters high levels of trust and teamwork
