We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated intern. Your role is crucial for smooth and successful planning of the visits at the Experience Center:

Schedule and orchestrate impactful visit experiences for customers, partners, universities, and internal teams at the SAP Experience Center. Own stakeholder communication from start to finish, aligning expectations and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. Lead the weekly coordination of our student team, creating a supportive, high-performing environment behind the Experience Center scenes. Take initiative to identify and run potential projects that shape the future of how we plan and engage with visitors at the Experience Center

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.   The job is for you if you are/have:

An organizational talent who likes dynamic situations. Structured and solution-oriented in your thinking and actions. · Someone who enjoys taking on responsibility.  Strong written and verbal communication skills (German and English).   A team player who likes collaborating with others. Flexible and able to adapt well to new situations.  Ideally, you already have some practical experience, for example, through internships or student work roles.

We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Walldorf.
