This role enables effective Business Office operations by developing materials, managing recurring routines, and ensuring alignment across Finance teams and enterprise partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Analyze Finance business performance, operational metrics, and strategic priorities to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends, providing recommendations to leadership on appropriate actions. 2. Independently evaluate complex business issues and develop strategic options, recommendations, and action plans for Finance leadership consideration. 3. Support and coordinate assigned strategic initiatives and workstreams, conducting analysis, assessing impacts, and developing recommendations to support business objectives. 4. Partner with Finance leaders to assess business challenges and recommend improvements to operating processes, governance routines, and organizational effectiveness. 5. Develop executive-level analyses, business cases, and decision-support materials to inform strategic planning discussions and leadership decision-making. 6. Assess risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts associated with key initiatives and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership. 7. Identify opportunities to improve reporting frameworks, reporting methodologies, and performance measures to enhance decision-making and strategic oversight. 8. Synthesize complex information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendations to Finance leadership on business and operational matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience. 2. 5-7 years of experience in Finance, business operations, reporting, Business Office/COO, or coordination-focused roles, preferably within financial services. 3. Advanced ability to create executive-ready materials and presentations, including synthesizing complex inputs into clear, actionable leadership messaging. 4. Demonstrated experience independently leading recurring reporting routines, coordinating operating forums, and driving deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups. 5. Advanced facilitation and coordination skills to partner with senior stakeholders on governance documentation, decision materials, and cross-functional priorities. 6. High attention to detail and ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change. 7. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. 8. Strong meeting management,
