About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Embedded Firmware, Grade B3/B4, to join the Fluid and Motion Control Team at Emerson Innovation Center – Pune. The role involves contributing to the architecture, design, development, and integration of embedded firmware for industrial motion control products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 32-bit ARM/STM32, NetX90, low-level protocols (I²C, SPI, UART) and industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen, IO-Link), along with strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
