Job Title Senior Facility Manager Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across a national portfolio of office premises for a leading Australian health and wellbeing organization. This senior, client-facing role will suit an experienced facilities professional with strong operational, commercial and stakeholder-management capabilities. This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 30 June 2027, based in Sydney. The role offers a hybrid working model, with approximately three to four days per week in the office or at client sites, plus travel as required.

About you Broad knowledge of property operations, hard and soft services, maintenance and contractor management. Strong client relationship and customer service skills. Experience managing budgets, financial reporting and commercial performance. Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, risk, compliance and governance requirements. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational issues. A proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and service expectations. Strong planning, organization, communication and business-writing skills. Confidence working with facilities management systems, asset data and performance reporting.
