Manager, MP&L Quality

The Global Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and leading Ford’s global logistics quality strategy across vehicle logistics and material logistics. The role will drive consistent quality, claims management, damage prevention, audit compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement throughout Ford’s global logistics network.

The Manager will collaborate with regional MP&L teams, manufacturing plants, suppliers, carriers, dealers, fleet customers, Finance, Warranty, FCSD, Marketing and Sales, and Ford Global Quality to improve logistics performance and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
