This role is the corner stone of the Artwork Design-to-Print (DtP) platform structure as it enables full end-to-end ownership from design to the production of artwork. The AWS will be the single point of accountability for the quality of the Process and on-time delivery of Final Art. The AWS partners with multifunctional parties, Initiative Leaders, MPD, Design, PR, GPS & Brand, to ensure technical fit-for-use and print feasibility, design intent implementation, the collection and formatting of brand packaging communication, regulatory and other artwork copy requirements, artwork assembly and final art approval. This role requires fundamental understanding of: DtP artwork process Brand identity and design standards/guidelines. The role also requires the capability and willingness to develop skills in Artwork file construction/ requirements and Standard industry pre-press & printing knowledge, materials & substrates. A comprehensive DtP artwork capability training program will be available. Strong, proven leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing, and project management skills required. Important Responsibilities DtP artwork execution expert on initiative teams, utilizing deep understanding of the DtP artwork process, supply chain fit-for-use requirements, copy management, artwork assembly and print feasibility to ensure excellence in execution. Partners internally with Marketing, Design, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory to understand design intent and identify claim & copy requirements. Plans and manages artwork execution work and critical path schedule, owns elevating issues, with implications, to key business partners at-the-right-time to enable informed decision-making and effective resolution, manages the artwork change management process and drive on-time/on-quality artwork file delivery. Creates and manages projects within Enovia and WebCenter. Provides low-level support for Enovia and WebCenter to the multi-functional team. Independently and collaboratively brings innovative ideas/search & reapply learning that drive continual improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency. Proactively explores both cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities. Able to accurately track and report E2E artwork success measures on a quarterly/annual basis. Builds E2E Artwork capability & mastery in self. Future Capability: Partners with Printers to assess print feasibility of design concepts, identify alternate solutions, confirm final design intent print feasibility, ensure visual consistency delivered at shelf. Job Qualifications Education: Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
