Join the Prime Video Content Marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager supporting title campaigns across Australia and New Zealand — from global tentpoles to locally relevant content. Based in Mumbai and working AUNZ time-zone hours, you'll be the operational backbone of AUNZ campaign delivery, coordinating closely with creative, media, social, and PR teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and on brief. This is the first India-based role dedicated to AUNZ content marketing. You'll sit with the India team locally while embedding into the AUNZ marketing squad day-to-day. Key job responsibilities What you'll do: - Support the planning and execution of title marketing campaigns for AUNZ, including global tentpoles and local originals - Coordinate day-to-day with creative, media, social, and PR teams to keep campaigns on track — managing timelines, asset deliveries, feedback loops, and approvals - Track and report on campaign performance, pulling together post-campaign recaps and actionable insights to inform future strategy - Manage operational workflows — briefing agencies, routing assets, maintaining campaign trackers, and ensuring stakeholder alignment - Contribute to measurement frameworks, compiling data and surfacing trends that help the team optimise campaigns over time - Support always-on marketing activity alongside tentpole moments What makes this role exciting: - High-visibility campaigns — you'll work to support Prime Video's biggest global launches and locally resonant content in AUNZ - Cross-functional hub — you'll build strong working relationships with creative, media, social, PR, and regional stakeholders - Performance lens — you'll develop analytical skills that directly influence how the team allocates effort and investment - First of its kind — you'll shape what this India-based AUNZ marketing role looks like as it grows - Global company, regional impact — you'll be part of a lean, fast-moving team where your contributions are felt immediately This is an individual contributor role based in Mumbai, India. This role requires working AUNZ time-zone hours. A day in the life Your day starts on AUNZ time, syncing with the Australia and New Zealand teams as their day kicks off: Morning (AUNZ hours): Check-in on campaign trackers and flag any blockers ahead of the week's title launches. Jump on a stand-up with the AUNZ creative agency to review asset deliveries . Follow up with the media team on paid placement timelines. Mid-morning: Join the weekly campaign sync with the PR team to align on press outreach and talent moments tied to an upcoming global tentpole launch. Where necessary, update the campaign timeline and circulate next steps to stakeholders. Afternoon: Pull together performance data from last week's local title launch — compile viewership, social engagement, and media metrics into a recap. Surface key insights and draft recommendations for the next campaign cycle. Share the recap with your manager and the wider AUNZ marketing squad. Late afternoon: Connect with the social team on an upcoming title's content calendar, ensuring visibility across teams against the paid media plan. End the day reviewing media delivery trackers queued for the next tentpole to ensure all details required are on-track. You'll spend your time across: Campaign coordination and operational delivery (creative, media, social, PR) Performance reporting and campaign measurement Stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment You'll regularly collaborate with: Creative producers, media partners, social teams, PR, and the Sr. Content Marketing Manager.
