Agency: Omd Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Social Media and Influencer Marketing Job Description: EMEA Creator & Sports Partnerships Director Join OMD EMEA and help shape how one of the world's most influential brands connects with audiences through culture, sport and entertainment. Working within an award-winning cross-channel team, you'll lead the development of creator and sports partnership strategies across EMEA, delivering innovative campaigns that drive meaningful business impact. As EMEA Creator & Sports Partnerships Director, you'll be the strategic lead for creator marketing and sports partnerships across multiple markets. You'll develop integrated programmes that bring together creators, sponsorships, media, social and creative thinking, ensuring partnership opportunities are embedded into campaign planning from the very beginning. You'll collaborate closely with planning, activation, social, client, creative and local market teams, while building strong relationships with clients, rights holders, creator agencies, media owners and platform partners. You'll also establish frameworks, playbooks and measurement approaches that help deliver consistent excellence across EMEA markets. We're looking for someone with experience in creator marketing and/or sports partnerships within a media agency environment. You'll bring strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills and experience leading complex, multi-market campaigns. International media planning experience is advantageous. You'll be highly organised, culturally aware, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely.
