Job Title: Specialist, Program Management Job Code: 44065 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 9/80   Job Description: L3Harris is seeking to fill a Program Manager Non-Supervisory Position within the IDG Business Area. The BVL Program Manager will serve as the dedicated focal point to lead and coordinate Baseline Variance List (BVL) kit efforts throughout the full lifecycle for all applicable aircraft. This position will be responsible for overseeing all phases of BVL efforts including requirements development, cost estimating, customer presentations, funding, engineering, procurement, fabrication, Group B procurement, installation, and testing.   Essential Functions: Serves as the dedicated Program Manager and primary focal point for all BVL kit efforts across all applicable aircraft. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of BVL programs across all lifecycle phases. Coordinates across requirements, development, cost estimating, customer presentations, funding, engineering, procurement, fabrication, Group B procurement, installation, and testing. Acts as primary customer contact for BVL program activities; leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Coordinates and provides guidance in the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Establishes program plans, milestones, and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, production and administrative areas. Sets the highest ethical standards for self and others.

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 2 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Experience in project management Experience interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management personnel onsite and offsite. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Knowledgeable of proposal development process. Experience with integrated program scheduling, risk management, subcontracts, and EVMS. Knowledge of Big Safari -135 program. Customer focus and teamwork orientation. Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change. Secret Security Clearance Ability to prioritize workload, have a strong team player attitude, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and work extended hours during major proposal deadlines. Analytical skills and the ability to filter and distill information to the appropriate audience.
