Job Title Clinical Specialist - Sleep & Respiratory Care - Flanders region Job Description The Clinical Specialist drives professional recommendations of the solutions categories in Flanders (Belgium), contribution in developing and executing the clinical & professional marketing plans, in alignment with Clinical & Professional Marketing Zone Leader, and local Commercial Leader. You are responsible for: Increasing brand preference and customer loyalty with professional stakeholders (indirect channel partners, DME’s, homecare providers, …) Contribute to profitable growth by driving prescriptions from clinical societies (medical community: physicians, nurses, technicians, …) Engage & educate prof. & clinical societies, customers, and organizations representing patients Provide the clinical benefits of Philips solutions and technical advice Solution demos for clinical audiences (prescribers, organizations representing patients, local HCP) Participate in local events, congresses, etc. Understand local Mktg. needs (congresses, studies, etc.) Provide toolkit requirements to Business and localize toolkits, enabling lobbying, KOL engagement and connected solutions Owns & prioritizes KOL/clinical relationship and drives KOL/clinical engagement Act as the local product manager for the attributed solution category Main KPIs: brand strength, MOR, market share, IGM, Share of Voice You are part of: The Benelux Sleep & Respiratory Care organization and report to the Clinical & Professional Marketing Leader Sleep & Respiratory Care Benelux To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Clinical knowledge of Clinical and financial domain at the department level (Pulmonology, Neurology, ENT and Sleep or Cardio Clinicians) to understand impact on customers and patient outcome. Ability to orchestrate the influence of KOL’s and drive market development through clinical and marketing activities. Understanding of care pathways, and ability to recognize and potentially facilitate removing barriers for future new clinical approach on them. This effort requires significant clinical expertise to drive medical acceptance. Outstanding business acumen; knows the industry, can quickly learn the Philips business model and value proposition, key competitors, and other marketplace factors/dynamics while effectively working in complex matrix organization Financial knowledge is recommended to understand revenue & margin management Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports Champion growth of marketing- and sales colleagues across the organization Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus Problem solving capabilities. The base salary range for this role is € 60,345.02–€ 105,438.00 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive , with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results .
