About the Role
Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic business transformation initiatives across the global Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process as part of the company's S/4HANA transformation program. This role will also lead post-acquisition integration initiatives, ensuring acquired businesses are successfully integrated into Applied Materials' business processes, operating models, governance structures, and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will serve as a key transformation leader, partnering with Sales, Customer Business Operations, Order Management, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Legal, and executive stakeholders to drive process harmonization, organizational change, and business value realization across a highly matrixed global environment. This position requires a strong combination of program leadership, business process expertise, executive communication, and change management capabilities to successfully deliver complex initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Global Quote-to-Cash Transformation Lead business workstreams supporting Applied Materials' S/4HANA transformation, with primary responsibility for Quote-to-Cash processes. Drive future-state business process design, standardization, and implementation across: Customer Master Data Pricing and Commercial Governance Quoting Processes Contract Management Sales Distribution Order Management Billing and Invoicing Revenue and Financial Process Alignment Partner with business process owners and IT teams to define requirements and solution strategies. Ensure successful execution of process design, testing, cutover planning, organizational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize end-to-end business processes. Lead M&A Post-Acquisition Integration Develop and lead integration strategies for newly acquired businesses. Drive alignment of business processes, operational controls, governance models, master data, systems, reporting structures, and organizational practices. Create and manage detailed integration roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional integration activities spanning Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Legal organizations. Monitor integration progress and ensure achievement of synergy and business value objectives. Program Governance and Stakeholder Management Establish program governance, decision-making frameworks, and executive reporting structures. Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risks, and dependencies. Communicate program status, issues, and
