Senior Financial Analyst, WWGS Operations Finance

The Portfolio Finance Partner is embedded within Operations Finance, owning end-to-end P&L partnership for our highest-visibility store portfolios including international locations, stores with losses, new stores, and new concepts. This role combines financial modeling and forecasting with strategic partnership; translating complex store-level data into actionable insights that shape leadership decisions. You'll support monthly and quarterly reviews, annual and quarterly guidance cycles, drive cluster analysis for new business questions as they arise, and contribute to automation and process improvement across the team. Key job responsibilities - Serve as embedded finance partner for Operations Business Support, providing financial analysis and decision support - Key contributor to financial processes, supporting continuous improvement efforts - Support annual operating plans, quarterly guidance, and monthly forecast cycles - Support business review process (weekly, monthly, quarterly) ensuring accuracy of results, contribute to financial commentary, and provide corroborating details; identify risk, opportunity, and notable KPI variances - Clearly communicate financial performance and key drivers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring creative problem solving to diverse and challenging issues - Ensures data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools - Serves as primary owner for multiple controls, ensuring timely completion of all requirements and documentation
