The Network Infrastructure Analyst – Voice & IP role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. This entry-to-mid-level opportunity focuses on Microsoft Teams Calling, voice routing, E911 compliance, and infrastructure modernization, while introducing automation and AI-enabled operational improvements. The role participates in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure using modern and emerging technologies, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable communication services. This position serves as a strong foundation into advanced roles in voice engineering, automation, and AI-driven IT operations, supporting global infrastructure initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Maintain and support enterprise voice and collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams calling Assist with DID management, provisioning workflows, and routing configuration updates Support voice infrastructure components such as Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and routing platforms Participate in E911 configuration, validation, and compliance activities Support deployment, maintenance, and modernization of analog gateways Manage updates, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across hardware and software environments Troubleshoot and resolve voice, network, and routing-related technical issues Participate in incident response and root cause analysis with senior team guidance Contribute to automation initiatives by developing scripts and repeatable workflows Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting, reduce incident volume, and enhance operational insights Support management of phone number
