Lead planning, execution, and integration across all project phases while coordinating the contributions of Construction Managers, Process Engineers, and functional stakeholders. Ensure efficient resource allocation and strict financial control across all initiatives, maintaining alignment with approved scope, budget, and schedule. Champion a collaborative “One Team” culture that promotes cross-functional alignment, effective decision-making, and clear communication.
