Title of Job: Principal Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0 Reports to: Director, Product Acceleration
As a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across Okta’s most complex and strategic enterprise accounts, specifically targeting the top end of the Global 2000 (G2K). In this highly technical, developer-centric leadership role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams, as well as key System Integrator (SI) partners, helping them architect and deploy complex, low-friction, massive-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions on the Auth0 platform.
Using your deep Auth0 expertise, you will guide enterprise deployments by defining architecture, optimizing platform usage, and resolving complex escalations. Operating at the intersection of post-sales support, developer enablement, and product innovation, you will deploy modern front-end frameworks and validate New Product Introductions (NPIs)—serving as the essential feedback bridge between top-tier G2K engineering teams and Auth0 Product Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Strategic Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting: Partner directly with the top end of G2K Enterprise Customers to define enterprise-wide implementation patterns, navigate critical architectural decisions, and resolve the most complex configuration challenges to maximize platform capabilities.
• Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support: Partner with Sales Engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams during the rollout of New Product Introductions (NPIs). Develop high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs), early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets to help secure technical wins and drive initial pipeline for emerging Auth0 capabilities within G2K accounts.
• System Integrator (SI) Collaboration: Partner deeply with global System Integrators (SIs) and strategic delivery partners to design scalable deployment blueprints, ensure architectural alignment, and unblock complex, multi-year identity transformation programs.
• Developer Enablement & Prototyping: Assist customer development teams by providing architectural guidance on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation blueprints, and modern full-stack application patterns (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Mobile).
• Product & NPI Feedback Loop: Act as a technical liaison between G2K Enterprise Customers and Auth0 Product Management to identify feature gaps, test early-stage NPIs, and drive product roadmap enhancements based on real-world enterprise needs.
• Industry Thought Leadership & Customer Mentorship: Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement guides to train G2K field teams and customer developers on advanced Auth0 capabilities, establishing yourself as a leading CIAM authority
