The Agile & Delivery Enablement (ADE) team exists to improve how NiSource delivers business value by enabling effective delivery practices, operating model adoption, and organizational agility. ADE partners with other departments across IT and business leaders to establish delivery standards, develop delivery capabilities, support organizational transformation initiatives, and continuously improve the effectiveness of teams. Through coaching, governance, operating model guidance, delivery consulting, and capability development, ADE helps teams deliver outcomes more predictably, efficiently, and transparently. The Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) is accountable for enabling predictable, high‑quality delivery of business value outcomes across one or more agile teams. This role combines delivery leadership, agile enablement, and stakeholder alignment to ensure teams operate effectively, and delivery outcomes align with NiSource business priorities. The ADL partners closely with IT Leadership, Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, the Project Management Office and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution while continuously improving delivery flow, transparency, and outcomes. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for assigned products or value streams Ensure work is planned, sequenced, and delivered predictably Provide transparency into delivery progress, forecasts, and constraints. Coach teams and leaders on effective Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, PSK, Kanban) Ensure agile events are effective, outcome‑focused, and aligned to delivery goals Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and psychological safety Actively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments that impact outcomes Coordinate planning and sequencing across multiple teams or workstreams Support vendor partner management and the Project Management Office when required for governance, financial reporting or regulatory delivery needs Support the Product Owner or Technical Delivery Manager in translating business priorities into delivery roadmaps and execution strategies Support communication of delivery forecast, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership using data-driven insights and options Ensure data integrity, flow visibility and adherence to delivery standards using NiSource approved tooling You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project/Program delivery) 5+ years of working knowledge with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile approaches 5+ years of using Jira (and related tools) for delivery management and reporting Demonstrated experience managing delivery across multiple teams or complex initiatives Proven stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline Prior technical, analyst, or engineering background Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Experience working across platform, integration, or shared‑service teams
