About the Programme The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional and technical skills, and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects. As part of Microsoft's commitment to skills development, transformation, and inclusive economic growth, interns are empowered to learn, grow, and make an impact while building the foundation for their future careers. Responsibilties: Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct research and analysis of business trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in developing recommendations to improve business processes, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program delivery from initiation through completion. Help define and track success metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications that support business decision-making. Support change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities. Contribute to program reviews by analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Programme Eligibility: Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme. Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business, Business Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
