Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.     Learn about the   Danaher Business System   which makes everything possible.   The Order Management Specialist   is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely communication throughout the order-to-remittance process. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting revenue execution, and driving operational excellence through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager – UK & Nordics and is part of the EMEA Customer Service Organization located in Little Chalfont, United Kingdom, and will be working onsite to cover the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Baltics and Iceland). What you’ll do: We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to provide seamless support to our customers and distributors. Using our own initiative, you’ll solve problems from initial query right through to remittance whilst delivering increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care. Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner. Accurately process order entries to deliver to customer expectations. Proactively handle backlogs, replacements, and free of charge shipments. Follow shipment and installation to ensure revenue collection occurs on time. Communicate with appropriate individuals throughout Who you are: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and able to prioritize workload Competent MS Office skills and be comfortable working with different systems Problem solving skills, initiative, proactive / pre-emptive and strong attention to detail Previous client and customer service experience & thrive in a busy customer service environment Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system Knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial Flexible and collaborative team member Fluent (both written and verbal) in English (and Swedish , Danish or Finnish would be an advantage) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment Nordic languages preferred.
