CMP/Wet/YE Execution Process Engineer

We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team. The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include: Be curious. Seek feedback. Honor commitments. Drive results. Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and rapidly ramping tool install environment. Focus on tactical, daily execution towards module metrics (tool recovery, material disposition, tool installations and qualifications, excursion containment and reporting, technician development, procedure documentation). Develop and drive operational BKMs to interface with other fab teams to accelerate fab execution across module and department lines. Develop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality, and a relentless commitment to chase and visualize the data. Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements. Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians. Maintain and improve training documentation and procedures. Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner. Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs). Participate in data analysis and problem resolution. Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.
