Own space planning and seat capacity modelling, ensuring the India footprint scales in line with headcount growth and business needs. Manage relationships with landlords, property consultants, and design/build vendors; negotiate lease terms and renewal options. Serve as the internal project manager for major infrastructure projects, coordinating IT, HR, admin, and finance workstreams.
