Inviting applications for the role of Delivery lead - SFDC This role is accountable for successful program execution, predictable outcomes, and value realization across large, complex transformation initiatives. Responsibilities ·       Define and own the overall delivery strategy, operating model, governance structure, and execution cadence ·       Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, squads, and vendors for large-scale enterprise programs ·       Ensure strong alignment between business outcomes, technology delivery, timelines, and financial targets ·       Manage executive stakeholders through clear communication, governance forums, and regular reporting ·       Drive risk, dependency, issue, and escalation management across the program lifecycle ·       Oversee cross-squad and cross-functional coordination to ensure integrated delivery across Salesforce, data, AI, and integration components ·       Ensure adherence to Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery methodologies as appropriate to the program context ·       Track delivery metrics, milestones, and benefits realization to ensure measurable business impact ·       Coach and mentor delivery managers, scrum masters, and workstream leads to build strong delivery maturity ·       Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timeline, and stakeholder satisfaction Preferred Qualifications ·       Salesforce program delivery experience, with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) preferred ·       Experience delivering AI, data, or digital transformation programs at scale ·       PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or Agile delivery certifications ·       Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and decision-making capability ·       Strategic thinking with the ability to connect delivery execution to business outcomes ·       Excellent communication, influence, and executive presence ·       Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments   Qualifications we seek in you!
