The Senior Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership in development practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on scalable architecture, high-quality code, and modern DevOps practices.

Lead technical implementation of software solutions and contribute to architecture design.   Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate developers.   Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and functional applications.   Develop software programs that include formatted output and basic reporting functionality.   Write, test, debug, and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming frameworks.   Collaborate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.   Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test plans and deployment instructions.   Participate in system integration, user acceptance testing, and production rollout.   Manage and resolve escalated issues related to software systems.   Identify areas for continuous improvement in code quality, system performance, and team practices.   Facilitate the growth of technical competency across the development team.   Contribute to global knowledge sharing across Jabil facilities while maintaining confidentiality.   Support Agile development practices through sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.   Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and support training initiatives as needed.   Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.     Technical Skills Required   Programming & Frameworks:   Mendix , Angular 18, C#, .NET Core 8   REST APIs,   NServiceBus , RabbitMQ,   SignalR ,   MediatR   Entity Framework Core, JSON   Microservices & DevOps:   Microservices architecture   AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, Docker, Docker Compose   Redis Cache, NuGet, Octopus Deploy   Databases:   MSSQL 2022, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions   Development Tools:   Visual Studio 2022/2026, VS Code   Git, Azure DevOps (VSTS)      Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.   Minimum 6–8 years of experience in software development or related field.   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.   Proven ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.   Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.     Desirable (Added Advantage):   Experience in framework or SDK development   Exposure to Python, iOS/Android development, NodeJS MSMQ, Machine Integration   PostgreSQL or columnar DBMS experience       BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
