Job Description
Summary The C&SC US Delivery Leader & D&S Focal, US East Coast Region role is focused on the delivering on our core business KPI’s, action plans to meet those KPI’s for complex multi-commodity, multi-source team assemblies for a business division (ex D&S or CES), and the primary leader of the D&S spares output delivery process for C&SC. In this role, you'll join our Combustors and Structures team the delivery performance within the manufacturing lead-time horizon for structural castings, forging, and machining suppliers. This position manages a complex supply base with a large spend - focusing on both direct and indirect materials to support the needs of both engine assembly and aftermarket customers.

High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. Owner of the week over week, quarter over quarter D&S spares output KPI, responsible for enhancing our process for delivering defense and systems spares COGs targets. Track week over week commit say: do, clearly summarize and communicate targets, gaps, opportunity and risk by region for the C&SC, as well as facilitating action plan execution and organizing resources to get the "help needed" to close gaps. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience) + minimum of 5 years Sourcing, Engineering, Shop Operations, or a relevant Supply Chain role Desired Characteristics Experience managing Supplier Delivery/Performance in a manufacturing material environment Castings experience either in Engineering or Shop Operations is a bonus! The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 12th, 2026.
