About the Role: • Learn and support commercial real estate valuation, lease abstraction, and Argus modeling through structured training. • Assist in preparing financial models and analyzing property and lease-related documents. • Support data validation, quality checks, and documentation for valuation assignments. • Conduct basic market research and assist in property analysis. • Collaborate with team members and adhere to quality, accuracy, and turnaround time standards. • Focus on core operational responsibilities while continuously expanding knowledge across commercial real estate processes and tools.
Requirements
About You: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn commercial real estate valuation, lease abstraction, and Argus modeling, with a growth mindset.
