Position Summary The Senior Associate will be a key member of the Broker-Dealer Accounting and Finance team and will support the accounting, regulatory reporting, middle-office, and operational activities of TPG’s regulated broker-dealer and related entities. Because this area operates within a highly regulated environment, the role requires strong accounting fundamentals, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The role offers broad exposure to general ledger accounting, accounting policy, transaction review, financial and regulatory reporting, trade execution, net capital and liquidity analysis, and cash management. The Senior Associate will work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with deal teams, Corporate Accounting, Compliance, external auditors, and senior leadership.
Principal Responsibilities
• Perform daily and weekly accounting, general ledger, cash management, and regulatory activities for the broker-dealer and related entities.
• Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, analytical review, and FOCUS reporting.
• Prepare net capital, liquidity, and cash forecasting calculations, together with clear supporting analyses and documentation.
• Support trade execution and other operational activities associated with the closing and settlement of revenue transactions.
• Review revenue transactions, evaluate their accounting and regulatory implications, and prepare appropriate supporting documentation.

• Document and support the execution of key SOX controls and assist with related process improvements.
• Coordinate responses to external audit requests, including the preparation of supporting documentation and clear resolution of follow-up questions.
• Participate in broker-dealer, entity-wide, and other ad hoc projects, including initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting and reporting processes.
