Lead capacity planning and optimization initiatives to ensure sufficient manufacturing capability to support customer and business requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align demand forecasts with available capacity, drive operational efficiency, mitigate supply risks, and enable sustainable business growth.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for developing and executing capacity strategies that ensure the organization can meet customer demand while optimizing resources, cost and operational efficiency. Collaborates with cross functional teams such as subcons and within OSAT on Supply chain Engineering, Sales and Finance, Production Planning to balance demand and available capacity, identify risks. Develop short to long term capacity plans aligned with business demand and growth objectives Analyze demand forecast, production capabilities, equipment utilization, resource and material constraints to determine capacity requirements Monitor production loading and capacity utilization to ensure optimal resource and tool allocation Identify capacity bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions or expansion plans Lead capacity reviews with Subcons and Management Develop capacity scenarios and contingency plans to mitigate operational risks Support capital expenditure planning by identifying future equipment and facility requirements. Lead and coach capacity planning team Prepare and present capacity reports, risk assessments, strategic recommendations to senior management.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in Capacity Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations, preferably in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry. Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, capacity planning, resource optimization, and manufacturing operations. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to balance demand and capacity requirements. Proven ability to analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. Leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
