The Role We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to act as a strategic bridge between the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Asia Pacific Market Leadership in Kyndryl. This role ensures that technology goals are closely aligned with evolving business priorities, driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business value. The BRM will lead and inspire digital transformation, foster strong executive relationships, and translate business strategies into actionable technology initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison between the CIO organisation and APAC leadership, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration. Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes. Drive adoption of CIO technology solutions and champion digital transformation efforts across the market. Oversee the portfolio of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and strategic alignment. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and proactively manage risks. Lead organisational change initiatives to support new technologies and processes. Act as an advocate for innovation, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage. Minimum 15 years’ experience in business relationship management, leading teams, or similar leadership roles. Proven track record in business process improvement, and critical thinking. Strong portfolio and project management skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated success collaborating with business leaders to implement impactful technology solutions.
