What you'll do
As an EMEA Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving pipeline, revenue and brand growth through multi-channel paid media campaigns across key EMEA markets. You are an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented marketer who orchestrates cross-functional efforts to move prospective buyers through their buying process. We're leaning into Al to handle the manual lifting. You'll use automation and Al agents for the routine work so you can spend your time on strategy, creative testing, and pulling teams together. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Performance Marketing - EMEA.
Responsibility
Plan and activate paid media strategies across channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, StackAdapt, Demandbase, and Meta Ads to engage audiences across key EMEA markets Partner with regional marketing teams to localise global demand and brand campaigns for EMEA, including audience definitions, messaging, creative testing and landing page alignment Optimise campaign setup, audiences, creatives, budgets and bids across channels to improve performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale Partner with creative, content and campaign orchestration teams to develop ad copy and creative assets, and iterate based on campaign performance and local market insights Track campaign budgets and pacing across EMEA markets, ensuring investment aligns to regional priorities and delivers against plan Build, document and continuously improve processes, workflows and checklists that help the global Performance Marketing team operate efficiently and consistently Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics and other operational support teams to design smarter ways of working, reduce manual steps and improve data quality Identify opportunities to use Al tools, automations and templates to remove bottlenecks, increase speed, and enable the team to scale best practices across regions Keep abreast of paid media trends, platform changes and competitive landscape in EMEA, maintain strong relationships with platform and vendor representatives, and proactively share knowledge with the wider team Help implement and troubleshoot marketing technologies, including advertising pixels, 3rd party tags, audience segments and tracking parameters, ensuring accurate data capture across EMEA campaigns Take the lead on our Al and automation efforts. You'll spot opportunities to shift manual tasks, like reporting or trafficking, to Al-driven workflows and work with our tech teams to refine how we use Al for things like budget pacing and creative testing Pull together data from multiple sources to identify regional and segment-specific trends, and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation and future investment Build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners (for example, Regional Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance and Analytics) to increase the impact of performance marketing programmes in EMEA Contribute to quarterly and annual planning by providing data-driven perspectives on channel performance, EMEA-specific opportunities and risks Use Al and automation tools to reduce manual work in campaign setup, QA and reporting (for example, bulk sheet generation, naming checks, first-pass
