This India-based role is intended to increase global capacity for Enterprise Architecture Governance by supporting operational coordination, documentation, governance repository hygiene, standards lifecycle activities, and metrics/reporting that improve visibility into governance demand, throughput, and stakeholder experience. You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Review Board, Integrated Review Groups, Corporate Risk, Privacy, Security, IT Delivery Teams, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to coordinate governance processes, prepare decision-ready materials, maintain governance artifacts, and support consistent follow-through on actions and outcomes. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise governance operations, architecture review enablement, standards management, risk-based governance, knowledge management, process improvement, and governance insights through tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Governance Operations & Maturity Support the execution and evolution of Enterprise Architecture Governance processes, working practices, templates, and maturity roadmap activities Maintain governance process documentation and ensure artifacts are current, searchable, and aligned to agreed ways of working Help identify friction points, intake gaps, and improvement opportunities that strengthen governance consistency and stakeholder experience Integrated Assurance Review (IAR) & Architecture Review Support Coordinate governance intake, review readiness, follow-ups, and action tracking across IAR, Architecture Review Board, and related review forums Support Product Team and Technology Delivery Team engagement by validating completeness of governance information, dependencies, and required review inputs Prepare agendas, meeting notes, decision summaries, action items, and status updates to support transparent and timely governance outcomes Standards Management & Policy Enablement Support the management and communication of IT standards, non-functional requirements, decision trees, and related governance guidance Assist with standards lifecycle activities, including exposure-period readiness, implementation planning support, documentation updates, and stakeholder communication preparation Help maintain traceability between governance standards, architecture decisions, exceptions, and documented approval outcomes Knowledge Management & Tooling
