At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce to offer advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and placements including Alexa and Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, Live Sports Sponsorships, and Amazon's programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager who is passionate about actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction through executing end-to-end (E2E) campaign operations and working strategically with partner teams to optimize the advertiser campaign experience while also protecting Amazon's end customer experience. Key job responsibilities * Drive execution of complex advertising campaigns across Amazon's properties, through cross-functional partnership (Design, Campaign & Creative Management, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Ad Policy) while maintaining customer obsession and high quality standards. * Lead end-to-end campaign lifecycle including advertiser education, Insertion Order processing, campaign set-up, and trafficking, while ensuring high quality standards and lead time compliance. * Manage 1P and 3P creative assets and pixel trafficking, facilitating the design process with Amazon-built creative, while consulting advertisers on platform capabilities, policies, and data-driven creative strategies to optimize performance outcomes. * Execute comprehensive technical campaign management, including advanced QA processes, third-party integrations, security compliance, and complex troubleshooting throughout the campaign lifecycle. * Oversee campaign audits and quality assurance processes, including go-live workflows, screenshots verification, and user experience validation, while managing the full billing and reconciliation process for accurate and timely client invoicing. * Dive deep on data to identify and address process/product gaps, develop improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders, and drive cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency enhancements. A day in the life Campaign Managers serve as technical experts who drive complex campaign execution while managing high-priority client relationships. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives across campaign operations, providing advanced creative and technical consultation to advertisers while ensuring optimal campaign performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign launches while maintaining high quality standards. You will drive innovation in campaign execution through developing and managing workflow improvement projects with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency. Your day involves managing complex advertising campaigns, conducting thorough quality assurance, troubleshooting technical issues, developing creative strategies based on historical data, and diving deep into data to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities across verticals and locales. You'll be responsible for accurate campaign setup, billing management, and reconciliation while serving as a point of contact for select advertisers. The role requires strong communication skills, effective problem-solving, and the ability to manage campaign blockers autonomously while maintaining appropriate stakeholder communication and escalation paths.
