Associate director - EPO Finance

This position is an onsite opportunity in EPD India Operations finance team. This role will ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of financial information. Role is responsible for delivering analytics to enable informed decision making by Operations teams as well as support in presentation of performance summaries to India region and Global Operations vertical   Responsibility Lead preparation of India Ops Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (RLBE) and other financial forecasts Work on various CFT projects (GST 2.0, Free Trade Agreements, Industrial policy led incentives) etc. with CFS, plant teams to avail underlying eligible benefits Support in analysis of impact of changes in external environment on India Ops P&L and work with CFTs on mitigation actions Proactively develop and present analytics to drive financial and operating excellence across various areas within Operations. Participate in Affiliate & Region level finance and CFT projects (Cost Optimization, margin improvement initiatives, capital expansions) Experience & skills CA or MBA Finance 15+ years Finance experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting and Financial Reporting) Strong business partnering, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to influence peers and leaders in Ops team Visible passion for driving process improvements Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial reporting within a broad framework of Abbott’s financial policies The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Financial Planning and Analysis DIVISION: EPD Established Pharma LOCATION: India > Mumbai : BKC Building ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: WORK SHIFT: Standard TRAVEL: Not specified MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
